Cancellation & Refund Policy

Zeenik maintains a fair approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients can cancel ongoing services by providing written notice. Charges will apply based on work completed until the cancellation date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only if:
• No significant work has been delivered.
• The project has not been started after payment.
• A valid reason for dissatisfaction is provided and accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Payments made after final project approval, or for services already rendered, are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
